October

The colors are amazing! I love the fall in Utah. All the red, yellows, golds, and the remaining greens are so beautiful. The air is crisp and snow tops the mountains. Tori has settled into her junior year and has discovered boys aren't very predictable. She is very much an american teen although she is aware of the amount of minutes she loses each time she sends a text! She is iceskating again and is really enjoying it this time around. She doesn't seem as frightened to move fast and is willing to work on spinning, even though it makes her sick! Meredeth has finished Seusical and is already involved in another show. She is playing a perky cheerleader in a play about a losing fifth grade football team. She has been practicing a lot and I can't wait to see this one. It is her first real opportunity to play a character instead of being a part of the ensamble. She and Brian will be traveling to Cedar City and St. George with the Acting UP group. She continues to teach youth drama skills at the SCERA theatre, she also continues to provide stage management for the Acting UP advanced youth group. They are saving up to go to Broadway in the spring, something Meredeth is really excited about. Brian and I ride along the bumps and straight-aways on the highway of life. We are getting older and feel it. We look forward to November when we will travel to Aunt T's home in Thermopolis WY. Aunt Teresa and her family moved there last month after her husband retired. Aunt Donna will be coming too, so we will get to see Alex and Ashley again too. It has been about 5 years since we've seen each other.
